Phone Orders

The Call Flow page presents information about your phone orders:

1. To view your Phone Orders, click on the Phone Order icon.

   

2. The Phone Orders page

   

3. This will list all of your Phone Orders in a table.

4. You also have the option of checking the status of a Phone Order/s by search criteria in the Search order number, domain or status field.

• Order #: Phone Order number that was emailed to you.

• Date Ordered: Date the order was placed.

• Address: Shipment address for the order. If this needs to change, please contact your service provider.

• Tracking: Couriers tracking number to assist with monitoring the shipment.

• Status: Status of the shipment.

• Ordered by: Provisioning team member who placed the order.
